“ Tacos Jalisco, a hidden gem in the Lemmon Valley area, was the perfect spot for a family dinner on a Monday night. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, but I couldn't resist the carne asada with shrimp plate. It looked as good as it tasted, and the plate came with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and corn tortillas. It was a delicious meal that I highly recommend. To complement the meal, I ordered a large pitcher of margarita. It was refreshing and not too expensive for the quality. The margarita was a great choice to share with a group of friends because it was big enough to serve everyone. Our server was very polite and attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful time out and look forward to visiting Tacos Jalisco again in the future. ”

Tacos Jalisco did not disappoint. The consistency of their delicious, comforting Mexican cuisine is truly impressive. During my visit, I indulged in the Chili Colorado Burrito with beans and rice, adding cilantro and extra white onions for an extra kick. The burrito was simply outstanding, with the simmered chili Colorado meat and homemade brown sauce creating a flavor explosion that was truly unforgettable. The beans and rice were the perfect complements. My wife ordered the Menudo, and we were delighted to find that it included hominy, a rarity in Northern Nevada. The service was equally exceptional. Our waitress, Cynthia, was professional and attentive, making our dining experience feel special and celebratory. “ We were recommended to try this place by a friend so in September we gave it a try. He thought it was great food but we were disappointed. There are so many different versions of Mexican food and one person's taste is different from another. It was a bit of a drive down Lemmon Drive to find it. It was really cute inside, and the service was great. We both had the enchilada and chili relleno plate. I encourage anyone who reads this to give it a try. You may or may not agree with me. Again, everyone has a different pallet. ”

“ It's been quite some time since coming here so we decided to stay local for my birthday dinner. Just made the happy hour Margaritas for $5. Disappointed they were not the best. Not a lot of flavor and couldn't taste the tequila. Ordered an additional one a little later and much better for $8. Chips and salsa very good, fresh and crunchy chips spicy salsa like I like it! Sad they were out of the Mole chicken enchiladas so I ordered regular chicken with red sauce and two street tacos with beef. Chicken was plentiful, sauce good but not much cheese. I opted for rice only no beans. Service was decent and fairly quick. Our check reflected the happy hour price margarita on the one we ordered later and $8 for the two happy hour ones. If they had been better we probably wouldn't have minded but for $6 more for two we asked for the adjustment. Not sure if they've gotten new owners or new cooks but not up to the old standard this visit. Still a popular place in No. Valleys with pretty reasonable prices. ”
